Delivery    

All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery.  Your order will be delivered by courier except for some remote regions which may at times be sent with Australia Post. A courier delivery means that the delivery needs to be signed for.

If you are unable to receive the goods, or are unwilling to give authority for the goods to be left at your risk, or the premises does not have access when you are not at home, then please provide a commercial or work address which will be able to receive the goods in normal working hours.

Purchases through the HAPPY HANGUP store gives the courier company authority to leave the items at your nominated address if there is no one at home.

Goods not able to be left may be subject to additional fees for redelivery.

How long does my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment.

Estimated delivery time for Australia orders is between 8-10 working days, and for the rest of the world 8-14 working days

International Delivery    

We do offer international shipping. Please refer above for delivery costs and delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: our policy 
If you are in any way unhappy with your HAPPY HANGUP purchase you may return it under the following conditions:
• You must notify HAPPY HANGUP within 30 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.
• You must notify HAPPY HANGUP by email service@happyhangup.com to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call HAPPY HANGUP directly.
• You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from HAPPY HANGUP. Product must be returned to HAPPY HANGUP.
• On International returns You must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
• You must return the Product in its original condition taking care to repackage it so it is protected.
• You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
• You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product.
• Upon receipt of the Product by HAPPY HANGUP, HAPPY HANGUP will refund to You the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs, less $25 restocking fee.
• Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by HAPPY HANGUP, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
• Refunds will only be given to Products purchased at the HAPPY HANGUP Online Store. Refunds will not be given to HAPPY HANGUP stock purchased from HAPPY HANGUP stockists.
• Exchanges are not permitted.
• Stands are non-refundable.
Unfortunately we do not refund postage if an item is returned. However, If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. We recommend that you return items by recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.

Refunds 
Refunds will be made in the same method a payment was received. For example if you have paid by credit or debit card then we will make a refund directly to the card that was used to make payment.We will write to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
